* Portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee, including the following areas, in North Mississippi, Alcorn, Itawamba, Lee, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo, and Union. In West Tennessee, Hardin.
* Through Tuesday morning.
* 1 to 2 inches of rainfall, with localized 4 inch amounts.
* Flash flooding could lead to live threatening situations for motorists and individuals exposed to low lying areas or rapidly rising creeks and rivers.
