Casey’s love for reporting began after taking her first journalism class in high school. She watched the news nightly to keep up with events in her community and to hone her reporting skills. Casey attended the University of Florida. Her collegiate experience included reporting for WUFT and interning at television stations in Gainesville and Orlando.
Casey has a heart for her community, after being crowned Miss Ocala, Florida and while competing for Miss Florida, Casey raised more than $1,500 for the Children’s Miracle Network!
