Colbert County Coroner Justin Gasque said a man on a bicycle died in a Tuesday evening crash.
Mark Nix, 51, died from blunt force trauma after being hit on Hwy. 72 in front of the Fuel City gas station in Tuscumbia.
Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan said it was not a hit-and-run, and no charges are anticipated against the driver.
