Three people are dead after a Sunday night house fire at 7814 Perry St. SW in Huntsville.
HEMSI says two males and one female were removed from the fire. All three victims were taken to Huntsville Hospital, then transported to UAB. One died Monday. Huntsville Police tell WAAY 31 the other two died Tuesday.
Huntsville Fire Investigators have ruled the cause of the fire as accidental.
The presence of excessive storage made it difficult to remove the adults from the home at the time of the fire, Huntsville Fire Marshall Dan Wilkerson said.
Huntsville Fire & Rescue got a call about the fire about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, sending five units to the scene.
Wilkerson said there were no working smoke detectors in the home.
Officials have yet to identify the adults who died.
