The final touches are being put on this year's Panoply Arts Festival.
Festival organizers say the rain throughout the week might have slowed down their set up in the beginning but they are quickly catching up.
Set up for Panoply started almost a week ago.
"We did get set back a little bit because of the rain on Sunday but we're all caught up now. We'll have more vendors moving into the park today, and artists as well," said Daniela Perallon with Arts Huntsville.
The festival is held at the end of the month and for several years, rain has been an issue for festival goers.
With a sunny weekend in the forecast, organizers are expecting a big turnout.
"We have about 75,000 people who come to Panoply Arts Festival and those are numbers that we clocked a few years ago and with this sunny weather this weekend, we're going to blow that out of the water," added Perallon.
For those who plan on checking out the festival, Perallon says they are making it a weekend to remember.
"This year we've expanded our arts marketplace. Its the largest its been in the festivals 36 year history. We have 110 artists from 16 states," said Perallon.
The gates at Panoply will open Friday at 5:00 PM. The festival is a ticketed event and you can buy tickets at the gate.
