One man is charged with murder following a homicide investigation Saturday.
22-year-old Christopher Freeman turned himself into Huntsville police around 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Freeman is accused of shooting and killing 20-year-old Randall Strong Jr. Saturday afternoon off Binford Drive. Police said the two were in a fight when Freeman shot Strong.
Investigators believe the shooting happened while a group of people were filming a music video outside an apartment building within the Huntsville Housing Authority. According to TMZ, the video shoot involved rapper Boosie Badazz.
Both Huntsville Police and the housing authority were unaware of the music video shoot. First responders say around 50 to 100 people were leaving the scene when police arrived.
Investigators worked through the night to identify and locate Freeman before he turned himself in.
