Alabama State Troopers identify man killed in two-vehicle Huntsville crash

UPDATE: Alabama State Troopers said in a statement Wednesday morning that the two-vehicle crash happened at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday and claimed the life of Brad Harold Fielder, 46, from Madison.

Troopers say Fielder was killed when the 2006 Hummer H2 he was driving overturned and hit a 2018 BMW 430. They say Fielder was not using a seat belt and died at the scene.

One man is dead and another is injured after a crash on Douglass Road off Hwy. 53 in Huntsville.

The vehicles crashed about 6:55 p.m., said Don Webster of HEMSI.

One man was killed and another man was seriously injured in one vehicle, Webster said.

A woman in another vehicle was not injured, he said.

The injured man has been taken to Huntsville Hospital.

Alabama State Troopers are investigating.
