UPDATE: The Sheriff's Office located the woman at 12:15 Tuesday morning. The spokesman says she was found 4 miles down into the woods.
FROM EARLIER:
A search is under way in Morgan County for a woman who went into the woods earlier Monday and has not returned.
Mike Swafford, Morgan County Sheriff's Office spokesman, said the white female was near Criscoe Circle in Union Hill.
Swafford said late Monday that a helicopter is assisting in the search.
