Huntsville police: 1 dead in Jordan Lane, Commercial Drive crash

UPDATE: The person hurt in Wednesday's crash has died. The identity of the victim has not been released.

One person has been transported to Huntsville Hospital after a Wednesday afternoon wreck at Jordan Lane and Commercial Drive.

Huntsville police say a black Saturn sedan was turning north onto Jordan Lane, when a Volkswagen heading south swerved to avoid it. This caused the Volkswagen to crash head-on into a silver Hummer.
