Huntsville Fire responds to Saturday house fire

The fire started around 5:20 p.m., according to Huntsville Fire.

Multiple units responded to a house fire in Huntsville on Sunday evening.

Crews with Huntsville Fire were called out to the 3000 block of 8th Avenue SW shortly after 5:30 p.m. 

According to the department, the fire started in a backyard grill and spread to the car parked next to it, totaling the vehicle. 

The fire also caused some damage to the car port and back of the house, but authorities say most of the damage was not serious. 

No injuries were reported.
