UPDATE: The Colbert County Sheriff's Office confirmed Kevin Kirby has been arrested and charged with the murder of Michael Osborn.
Kirby is in the Colbert County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.

Tonight the Colbert County Sheriff's office is investigating a homicide. Investigators said 39-year-old Michael Shane Osborn was found dead in a wooded area behind a house on Colburn Mountain Road.
The suspect, the victim's roomate, was taken into custody but hasn't been charged. The sheriff told WAAY 31 the victim was reported missing since last week. Authorites should release the name of the suspect sometime on Tuesday. They aren't stating the cause of the death at this time.
