Decatur police say the department's SWAT Team and the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit responded around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to a home on Ryan Drive after receiving a drug complaint.
The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says it seized guns, methamphetamine, several thousand dollars in cash and a car that was located on the property.

"This is the 4th search warrant executed in the last 12 days in the Decatur area. Our narcotics team continues to pursue leads and follow up on tips from the public. We appreciate the @ALEA , the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and Decatur Police Department Alabama S.W.A.T. for providing support as we executed this phase of the investigation. We expect arrests to follow in the coming days. We are committed to pursuing drug dealers anywhere in our county," Chief Deputy Price said in a Morgan County Sheriff's Office Facebook post.
