The investigation continues
A Florence man was killed Monday in a motorcycle wreck.
Jeremy Roscoe Bates, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene about 9:20 p.m. Monday when his 2020 Indian Challenger left the road in a curve and hit a tree, Alabama State Troopers said.
The crash took place on Lauderdale County Road 8 about seven miles north of Florence, said Senior Trooper Gregory Corble.
The investigation continues, he said.
