The Colbert County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a body was found on Wednesday around noon.
A body was found on Wednesday in Colbert County.
According to Colbert County Sheriff Frank Williams, the body was found by hunters in a wooded area of Jarmon Lane near Leighton. He said the call came in around noon.
Deputies are at the scene and it's an ongoing investigation.
