999 cases of coronavirus confirmed in Alabama

As of 9:28 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, the Alabama Department of Public Health says 999 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Alabama.

Thirteen coronavirus deaths also have been confirmed in the state. Eleven more deaths are being investigated.
